Good Morning, Everyone. If you don't know who I am, I am the Broker/Owner of Dynamic Properties and the owner of The Coffee Shack.
The Taco Truck is now parked in the parking lot of The Coffee Shack and will be there for a long while. They are wanting to sign a lease and if I agree that means they won't be going anywhere and everyone will know where they are and EZ access to them.
Stop by... food is great and the coffee, smoothies, etc are great at The Coffee Shack.

Here is their current menu.

Taco's are amazing and the tamales are the next on my list to try.

Ok, I am really confused! Why would they be closed on Saturday?!!! To me that just makes no sense!

But wait! There’s more!!

From Sharon Been on FB:

Well, it was fun while it lasted, but seems the Taco Truck will be moving again. They don't like the fact that we sell burritos in The Coffee Shack and they do too. Says we will costs them money. Then she wanted to buy the Coffee Shack... and that's another conversation :)

So, they do not know where they are going... again.
Sorry people. For your sake I wish it would have worked out, but I would have to stop selling my #2 product (our burritos) for her to stay.

Let's hope they don't go too far.

Hope they can find a spot to call home for awhile.
I'd like to try something else from their menu, but I'm certainly not willing to drive around looking for them.

Thanks for the new menu Bobcat! I see they are now selling their green chili by the pint! I think $8 sounds a bit pricy, but I'd buy it at least once for sure.

Maybe that's the best day for them to have relaxing family time.

I wanted to give them a chance but I am over them. Had one lunch burrito a week or so back, it was OK but overpriced. Went to get breakfast burritos from them last week on a Friday or Saturday morning, showed up a little after 7 am and they were not open, tables and chairs stacked up, no one there. Early this week I saw they moved to near Dynamic properties and thought I would stop the next day and try their breakfast burritos. Next day I drive by about 7 am and.....they are closed. Who runs a business like that with unpredictable hours ? To not open on a Saturday up here with all the traffic ? It sounds like they created un-needed Drama with Sharon and when she tried to accommodate them they still left in a huff. Sounds like they can cook but as far as any business sense they are very lacking.

FYI: Taco Truck went over the Mudslingers. So, you still have them and EZ access. I found out they used me as a temporary site until they got the excavation done over there. Oh, well...

I like breakfast burritos, so for me it's more like Where in the World is Carmen's Pandera Eggo?

Their new set-up is certainly colorful.
Hard to miss them now...
