Does anyone know where I could find a spacer/chamber for my inhaler? I’ve tried Walgreens, Safeway, KS, Walmart, Target, and CVS. Amazon has a couple, but it would be Wednesday before I get it. I need it ASAP (but no huge emergency).

Any suggestions? Something online that could be delivered would be best.

Unfortunately I can’t help you find a spacer. But maybe this can help while you’re waiting for one? I was taught when without one, you could use a rolled up piece of paper. We’ve had to do that a couple times in situations without the spacer. I learned this from a yearly medical training. Good luck finding one!:)

Many years ago with preschool children we used 5 oz. paper cups. We would cut an "X" in the bottom to insert the inhaler and then put the large part of the cup around their mouth. I don't even know if spacers existed then.

I was given a script for a spacer and picked it up at king soopers pharmacy (asp park). This was a month ago. Inhaler works much better now.

P.S. I was having severe problems breathing ...inhaler not helping much. They gave me a script for prednisone and the spacer for my inhaler. Not trying to scare you but want you to know how fast things can get really bad - if you start having more problems breathing don't wait to get help. Hope you find the spacer.

Not scared at all, Susan. My husband has COPD and has been through all sorts of problems.

I've used this place before, but it's been awhile. Don't remember how long it took to deliver. Liked the "vortex" model ones for both kids and adults. Good luck! Just put "spacer" in the search.
