Sharing from my vet, SANO Hospital for Animals

"Please! Do not bring these into your home if you have cats! Lots of people think that poinsettias are toxic - these are so. much. worse. All parts of the plant, including the pollen, can lead to irreversible kidney failure if ingested by a cat. If this saves even one kitty, it was worth sharing, so please help spread the word!"

Other lilies are named as well, Commonly known as the Tiger, Day, Asiatic, Easter, or Japanese Show lily, these plants result in severe acute kidney failure.

Location: and "the flag was still there".
Interesting: dogs are not susceptible.

I removed mostly all of my poisonous plants to my office except a few that are enclosed in a 20 gallon long terrarium (great option!). I kept my majesty palms and spider plants. Although I will never know for sure, I think one of my cats died because of my negligence in leaving a ficus plant at my home. Ugh.
