We would highly recommend Steve as well. We had him out to clean our furnace and complete a safety check. Steve and John were on time, very polite, professional, and thorough.

Had a problem with my instant water heater which Steve quickly diagnosed and replace the offending part.
Not long after, one zone of the house heating boiler quit working. Again, he found the problem, worked his magic and got it going again without spending a bunch of money on parts that were not needed. (I suspect some other companies could not have figured it out and would have "milked" the problem with extra time and materials.)
Clearly experience matters.
I can't recommend these guys any higher. A 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

Steve and John from Lone Wolf Field Services replaced our 40-year-old whole home boiler with the highest-efficiency rated boiler on the market today. The quiet operation and shortest domestic hot water recovery in the industry were selling points that came through 100% in this install.

John and Steve are great guys who will provide straight answers, preparing the customer with what to expect and professional business practices; from acquiring the permit through the inspection process. Our inspection went extremely smooth, considering the number of these inspections done in a day!

Call Steve and John for any HVAC concerns you have!!! 303.884.3553

The clean on the wall installation and highly professional solder of the copper pipes make this a showy installation I would be proud to share:

I called Steve about a furnace issue. He returned my call in about 30 minutes and said he could come by in about an hour. Fixed my furnace in about 15 minutes. Only charged me a basic service call. Fast friendly reliable service. Thank you Steve

Steve at Lonewolf is the best! I've been up here for more than 25 years, and with a boiler, tried my share of repair people. Steve is trustworthy, fair, and experienced.

Thanks SO MUCH again for coming out on short notice and saving our bacon!!!

After another local company did a furnace "inspection" last Friday, our furnace would not fire up - only blew cold air. After nearly FOUR DAYS the guy finally called to walk us through some totally irrelevant diagnostics over the phone that I won't even go into, then he told us he could come out to do "diagnostics" but it would be charged as a regular service call.

Long story short, Steve found that the guy had removed two wires and replaced them in the wrong order. Took Steve about 10 minutes, if that, to fix the problem.

Lone Wolf will be my first call from now on. Lesson learned!!! :bash:

"This is the best customer service I've ever had!! It's nice to know that there are still professionals like Steve that will go to every length to trouble shoot and fix a problem, even coming over at 6 a.m. to fix my boiler after the pipes burst in the basement."

"Steve Cochran is EXTREMELY skilled with gas lines - I could not believe how he threaded iron pipe through the wall of our garage finish, and we used him again in a kitchen remodel. He stayed until it was done, and done right. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any work at all."

"I have used Steve several times for service and even a new water heater and have always been happy with everything he has done. I am a retired construction superintendent and am very picky about the work done for me. I would use Steve again in a heartbeat."
