Today is National Waffle Day ! I have looked around the Conifer area for a restaurant that serves good waffles but to no avail. Any ideas out there? Thanks !

Aspen Perk by Safeway. Can't say I've had their waffles, but their breakfasts are usually good, although somewhat pricey.

The best waffles in the area are at Liks. They come in a conical shape and are filled with chilled cream of various flavors.

Have never seen waffles on the menu at Aspen Perk nor is it on their downloadable menu. MAYBE they do as special item for National Waffle Day, but I would call before planning on it. :)

How could a breakfast place NOT serve waffles? It would be like a burger joint not serving fries.

I'm fairly certain I've had waffles at the diner next to Qdobas. Is that DWs maybe? Anyway, they have a pretty complete breakfast menu.

I looked at their menu today and I didn't see waffles. I'll put the date on my calendar and offer to makes waffles next year for anyone who wants to show up. :sun: :chef:

This is where I buy our pancake mix and maple syrup. We have a friend in MA whose brother has a sugar shack and we used to get syrup right from the shack (until his wife made him stop - another story). Anyway, the syrup here is as close to the real deal that we have ever found.

We like the apple cinnamon the best.

We use this mix in our waffle iron. mmmmmm mmmmmm

I went down to Waffle House today - best food out there and at the right price. Love going there.
