Folks, we hate to do this to your Friday morning, but we are going to be closed again tomorrow (Friday.)

All of our plumbing is frozen solid, and the cold temps have affected the propane flow so that we an't even get the flattop and fryer heated adequately for cooking. Working in an aluminum box at 8200' can be challenging :-)

We do plan to be open again on Saturday 8-11:30 as usual as the weather Gods should be smiling on us again.

THANK YOU for your patience, and as always for Abiding!

So glad you like it! But we have no plans to sell it by the gallon, I'm already making 16 gallons a week just for the burritos!

I have been going to the trailer a couple of times per week. For the most part its been great. However the last 2 weeks I feel
as though I am putting them out when I drive up for my burrito. Several times I have had to knock and when someone comes,
they are not in a good mood. Plus the burritos are getting smaller. I was once told they go by weight. I just get egg, chili and cheese. no potatoes.

The prices changes every day from $4.00 to $5.00. Last week I had more tortilla then egg in my burrito.

Does any one know if they changed???

I am the owner, and here is the pricing policy. If a burrito has meat, chili, or avocado on it it is $5, unless it has additional items which would be $1 more each. A $5 burrito is supposed to weigh the same as a regular #1 with sausage or bacon.
We have had problems with the window helper not charging enough in the past, and people get upset when we try to charge them the correct amount. All of our costs are all going up rapidly and have been for months.
I appreciate the feedback, and I'll talk to the new crew to make sure they are continuing to weigh every burrito to make sure they are correct.
If you have any other concerns please feel free to call me directly.
Thanks.

I agree, they are getting smaller, and the lines are slower. Been eating there since Damon started it in 2016, now they nickel and dime you.

The burritos go out by weight. They are exactly the same weight they have been since we opened the first day, even if the shape may vary. I'm sorry you feel we are "nickel and diming" you, but as our costs continue to increase we have to charge enough to stay in business.
Thanks for your comments.

I am not surprised by the rising costs. Just look around town at restaurant prices. They're all rising. That's the way it goes. Folks expect food prices to stay the same for years and years and can't understand when prices rise. To accomplish that feat, you'd have to either a) reduce the portions, b) reduce the quality of ingredients, c) become a charity. Tough choices. Heck, have you seen beer prices recently! Now THAT'S something to complain about.
