I, too, just tried out Twin Forks this week. WOW! sooooo good. Had the duck wings in the sweet thai chili sauce. Cooked perfect and awesomely crispy. Then moved on to the Sticky Salmon served over olive whipped potatoes and finished with wilted spinach and an apple flavored 'sticky' sauce--not too heavy, just right. Surprisingly innovative and sumptuous tasting. Service was great (Amber didn't blink an eye when I asked for a Bulleit Old Fashioned!)
Will be back again and again and again and....

Went again, this time for dinn8er, we all shared, so got to try a few things. Pork short rib, tender and yummy. Some kind of portabello mushroom napoleon that also had goat cheese - this was FAB! My hubby and a chili lime shrimp dish, that was a little disappointing, just 4 small shrimp (but flavor packed) over some white rice that had a few herbs and such thrown in. Would have been better with a light pasta or maybe a pilaf ,and either a couple of more shrimp or bigger ones. But, we will go again, really want to try the pizza.

ALSO, the owners are being very generous to the community, and will be hosting the IMHS silent auction on 8/29. It's always been a fabulous event, and it is very exciting to have it at this new venue.

We had a very belated Father's Day celebration at Twin Forks Tavern on the 5th. The food was excellent and our son and his family, who travel extensively and are used to very good food, thought it was excellent.

You must try their desserts - just yummy. Enjoy.

What a great addition to our mountain community! Food was delicious and service outstanding, really attentive and friendly. Brussels sprouts were so good, slightly sweet and cooked perfectly. Duck wings were also great, as well as the pesto veggie pizza. They don't have a kid's menu yet, but happily delivered their roasted chicken plain with just the potatoes for our picky eater. Hope that they get some better signage so folks will know they are there, we want to keep going back - maybe we'll have room to try dessert next time.

Whether you're a political junkie or simply find the pre-election dance humorous, gather with friends Thursday evening at Twin Forks Tavern to watch the first of the debates. The main event kicks off at 7 PM with an undercard of seven "also running" candidates sparring at 5 PM. :applause:

Went here for dinner a few weeks ago and it was lovely! Service was attentive and friendly and the food was wonderful. We had Duck Wings, Beet Salad, Pesto Veggie Pizza and a nice White Chocolate Orange Cake. All was delicious and we'll be back!

We're doing it again. Watch tonight's debate on our big screen television in the private party dining room. Cheer or jeer, it should be entertaining.
On Thursday we will be viewing the Bronco game on both the big screen and lounge TVs.

Had dinner at Twinforks Tavern tonight with friends. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Got the special -
double pork chop - tried a salad and appetizer. Everything was cooked to perfection and beyond yummy. We all loved our meals and can't wait to go back. If you haven't tried
them yet you have got to go. Service was excellent - nothing but rave reviews from us.

Had dinner last night before Red Rocks. Finally found a place that knows how to cook fish. Delicious all around.
