My wife and I went to Crossroads for dinner tonight. The service was very friendly and reasonably quick (the place was BUSY). My California burger and salad was excellent and my beer was cold. I ordered the burger medium - and it was cooked perfectly. My wife's "small" Hawaiian pizza was amazing. It was delicious and HUGE. My wife is tiny, so the actual size of the pizza was funny sitting in front of her. Not complaining though, since we both have enough for lunch tomorrow. Strong work Crossroads. We will be back soon!

The HAGS worked at the Pine Post Office this morning putting in a lot of new plants. As any gardener will tell you, working with the soil and plants is hard work and makes one especially hungry.

We went to the CrossRoads for lunch and were really pleased with the friendly service and excellent food. The four of us shared a large meat lovers pizza - it was plenty big for all of us with 2 pieces left over - the pizza was really loaded with several types of meat and had a perfect thin, crispy crust. One of the HAGS is a vegetarian and the cook Donnie make 2 pieces of the pizza with no meat, custom.

Then we shared a plate of cinnamon rolls which were to die for! Yumm!

We decided that from now on, we'll do the Post Office gardening on a Saturday so we can have lunch at the CrossRoads when Donnie is the cook.
