How long does it take to do your 24 point inspection and what does it consist of?

How much do you charge to "flush" the boiler system for a 1200 sq ft house?

The 24 point safety check consists of checking for gas leaks, carbon monoxide levels in the flue pipe and ambienet air, checking for cracked heat excahnger, checking motors and fan blades, filters, oiling bearings, etc.

the process takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on the unit being serviced.

to flush air from the piping would cost an additional $25.00.

To add chemicals to mediate sediment buildup in the system would be the $25.00 for the flush and the cost of the chemicals.
