If you do a Pinecam search on "volleyball AND Sleepy AND Hollow", you'll find a couple of long threads from back in 2006 that were mostly diatribes against the Burland HOA, but contained a lot of discussion about the volleyball parties. That's the [name removed by moderator] place. Their annual [removed] Bash was this weekend. It's a great place for volleyball on the weekends too. Super friendly family.

When did you move to your place by the court Spunkie? I'm wondering if the court was there before you......
The people that own the courts are wonderful and caring people, who give adults and kids a great place to go. I love that my child would rather go play sand volleyball then go to a party to drink, do drugs and have sex. If you're wanting to sell your home, I'll buy it just to have the convenience of living close to them.
