Oh this is shocking, we all know that we live were the wild things roam, but I would have felt my kitty was safe on the deck with a big fence. Seeing a loin that up close and personal would be scary. Sorry for you experience and your loss. I am wondering if this is normal behavior for the big cat or if it has gotten fearless of humans. I would call and report the indecent so the wildlife officials can eye out.

How horrific for you! I am so very sorry for your loss and I feel horrible for Raoul...I hope it went quickly. And I am glad that Boru (or you) were not outside at the time. Who knows what may have happened...

So sad to hear about your little cat- that is such a tough thing to have to witness. Having lost our cat recently in a fire, I could not help but a shed a tear for you & Raoul.

Fanny,
What a struggle you must be having today. I'm so sorry for the loss of your little Raoul.

So sorry to hear this news. Rest in peace little Raoul. Fanny sure hope you can find some peace with the horrific image. Really glad you and your Neuf and OK.

I would report the incident, too.
