That is AWESOME!!! I really needed a good laugh. 
I have really enjoyed this thread. Has anyone seen the new movie out in Red Box called 'The Big Year'? It has Owen Wilson, Jack Black and Steve Martin. It was EXCELLENT! It's about 'birding.' A 'Big Year' is when you try to see, or hear...the most species of birds in a year. It's based on a true story. Anyone who enjoys the outdoors...and/or birds...should see it.

Aren't they precious? She usually has them under my shed, and has had up to 7 kits in a litter. Every year she has at least one black one, but this year there are only 4 little red ones that I've seen. The previous year's babies come back and help babysit the new ones, & they all pitch in to help feed the mom & babies. All kinds of carcasses laying around over there & once the good stuff is gone, the babies pounce and play with the feathers and tails left over. I love just watching them & do feel so lucky! They don't like it when we go on the other side of the fence, wish that wasn't in the pictures, but I'd rather not bother them.
