Thanks to a very generous cash donation, (THANK YOU!) we were able to go to PetSmart and but some necessities for Razzy. In this pic you can see her new reflective collar and her new id tag.

She is even more beautiful on the inside. She has the best personality for a dog that was not treated well in her previous life. A lover all the way.

As for thanking the donor, there were many donors to this cause. I can not thank each and every one of them nearly enough.
There were also human food donations made for the family as well.
My friend is on the mend. His surgery went well and he is now allowed out of his neck brace for a couple hours a day, and for PT. He still can't ride in a car without great physical (and emotional) pain, he only does so to go to doctor appointments right now. His teenage boys have been better caregivers than I would have thought. Between the boys, myself and my sister; things are getting all taken care of.
Razzy goes in for her surgery on Tuesday the 27th, then she will get licensed.

thanks for the update! I bet Razzy will be a great companion while he is healing - an extra blessing!

Razzy had her spay and her shots yesterday; she is healing up at home today. We found out yesterday that she has a microchip from her first owner who relenquished her and that lady is going to call homeagain and transfer the chip to my friend. We also found out that this is her 4th or 5th home in only 2 yrs; now she is home for good!
We are sending off for her license this week now that she has had her rabies shot. She has also gained a few pounds and is now estimated to be only 2-3 pounds underweight.

Pinecammers are wonderful and I still cannot thank everyone enough for all the help offered to this amazing dog. She will have a wonderful life now thanks to everyone who pulled together and got involved.

My friend had his surgery, plates and pins were installed. His cast came off 2 days ago and he is now in a splint for 2 weeks. Then he gets to start rehabbing his arm. Hopefully he can be back to work in about a month.
