The weather folks forecast 1/2 inch for us and less than that down in Denver. . .

I miss RyFly so much. :(

This caught all the agencies completely flat footed, and reminds me of October '97 when they said 3-5 inches and we had 40..

Deer Creek Canyon had only one lane cleared at 7:00, and I'm rather sure that was from some kind soul with his own plow blade down, as the first JeffCo plow I saw was when I was almost out of the canyon at 7:30.

470 to I-25 took over an hour and a half with just snow pack and slop on the roads.

One nasty drive, certainly in the top 10.

WHEW! I'm so glad to find out that I'm not the only one who thought this morning's 285 commute was quite an experience. Yep, CDOT certainly got caught unaware. BTW, why does 1/2 inch of snow look so, well, so much higher than 1/2 inch?

I got a great bus nap this morning.

I hope that wasn't the bus making its own lane in oncoming traffic to get around a bunch of us approaching Kings Valley. I guess we were in the way and he was not to be denied....at least not until he reached the snow plows.
At least then he was able to push one car nearly off the road and cut a few others off to get back in the lane he should have stayed in

Just came up the hill last 30 minutes. Almost 100% dry, a little blowing snow. 285 to Bailey

The good news is that they probably did not do the procedure without you.
