Thank you to our community for your generous donations to the Mountain Peace Boutique and Resale Shoppe! For two years, our Boutique has been able to assist the Mountain Peace Shelter in providing valuable services to victims of domestic violence. Below is our Boutique and Resale Shoppe Donation Policy. To provide the most resources to families of domestic violence, please follow our donation policy when donating your gently used clothing, household items, and furniture to the Boutique and Resale Shoppe. Thank you again and we hope to see you in our Shoppe soon!

Do not dump items at the receiving entrance to our store, either during store hours or after hours. The fire department requires that we keep this area clear. We are fined when this area is blocked.
Donations are accepted Tuesday - Saturday from 10-4 only.
We cannot accept ANY electronics, including TV's, stereo's, cameras, computers, printers, and scanners. When these items are left at the receiving area, we must pay and transport them to be recycled per state law.
We cannot accept broken, torn, or tattered furniture; car batteries; broken children's toys, or other items that are broken, torn, or unusable. When these items are left at the receiving area, we are forced to take them to the local dump, where we again must pay to have them disposed.

When we have to haul items to the local dump or pay to have them recycled, it takes valuable resources and time away from the families we serve. Please follow our donation policy and help us keep serving the victims of domestic violence.
