Liquor store really? The one in Greater Downtown Bailey has great price points and the guy there today was so very nice. Best to have the gas pumped in by Colorado Natural Gas, never really know when your propane tank may run out and the upfront cost can be a shocker 8O
We want to add a wood burning fireplace to the house and I think you can do that in Park but not Jeffco, ya know they are a part of the Merto thing.
As far as the food sources up here, well all of us have an opinion about Safeway and KS, to be honest we shop both and pay attention to the Wednesday ad, can feed 2 of us for about $45 to $50 a week.
If ya want to live in the Hills, rough it and forego the generator unless you just can't survive 24 hours without power! You can always heat up water in the fireplace to take a bath if needed :D

We have a propane tank and have it filled monthly. Spend about $90 for a family of 3 every month for propane. I love it and would not switch to natural gas. Takes me less than 2 hours to grocery shop from door to door and we also have a keg fridge so never fear of running out of beer!

Topper, Price points are prices at which demand for a given product stays relatively high.

I have a good general knowledge of septic tanks . How they work etc. I guess my real question is about dish and clothes washer products. So many are anti-bacterial and I know they are not good for the septic. Any suggestions ? Also would like information to keep critters out of the trash. Store it in the garage ?

Good info to know; once you find the answer feel free to add it to the FAQ so we have more informed!
