Sounds good. Will it be interpreted as written or will activist liberal judges spin the meaning?

This law will be part of the legal arsenal used during divorces.

A handy way for a vindictive spouse to visit a payback on a man.

Democrats Don't Want ICE Notified When Illegal Aliens Try to Purchase Guns
Quote:
Democrats in the Judiciary Committee just voted against notifying ICE when an illegal alien fails a background check to buy a gun. They hate ICE so much that they'd keep ICE in the dark when illegals try to get guns!

And knuckleheads like MakMan will still try to pee on my leg and convince me it's raining by telling me my guns are the problem.

Just like every other problem in the country you can trace the root cause of this one to liberals/progressives.

You had better hope it will NOT be interpreted as written. As written it is full of holes.

"In the shooting’s wake, authorities disclosed that Martin passed two background checks before buying the Smith & Wesson .40-caliber handgun used in the mass killing. Illinois law prohibited Martin as a convicted felon from holding a firearm owner’s identification card or owning a gun.
Illinois State Police — which approved Martin’s FOID card in January 2014 — released a detailed account of the shooter’s background checks amid questions about how his aggravated assault conviction from Mississippi in 1995 could have been missed."

Only to the irrational would it appear that the solution to a perceived problem is the removal of an inanimate object from the society instead of those who would animate the object and use it to cause harm.

If I am a perceived, correctly or incorrectly, to be one who is a danger to myself or others, wouldn't the reasoned action be to remove me from the society while I am a danger instead of removing a single class of objects that I might use to inflict harm upon myself or others?
