Thank you CA! Some interesting stuff in there.
Doesn't seem to be any flavored gins in this market yet,
but infusion recipes are popping up. The only exception
to the "flavored" is Hendrick's and those notes are pretty subtle.
We're making one more run at this tonight then sending off the
recipe. I'll share it here, too. This has all been interesting
for me. We had to pick out red and white reasonably-priced wines, too.

OK - Here it is - for better or worse.

They will name it whatever they want. I suggested
Mountain Breeze
or
Sapphire Breeze

2 parts Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 part lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
(will use premade lemonade for the crowd)
6 parts tonic

Rim the glass with a fresh basil leaf or two and mash
them into the cocktail before filling the glass.

Basil makes a nice "nose" but not over-powering flavor.
