Colorado Sausage Company in Castle Rock. Wide variety. Even their Andouille was acceptable.
For Italian, I stand by Carmine Lonardo's for hot Italian sausage. I've only been to the place on Jewell Ave. in Denver. BEST hot Italian anywhere! They have others. It's also a deli and specialty Italian market. |

We like Edward's Meats in Wheat Ridge. They make their own sausage, including Andoille and Boudin. I thought they had Taso, but it isn't on the website.
